About Us

Hello! Thanks for checking us out! We are nurture Byron, and we are Byron’s newest child care center coming to the community. We strive to create a home-like and nurturing environment for your children to grow and learn in through a play-based curriculum. We will be licensed by the State of MN to care for 114 children ages 6weeks through 12 years old. Nurture will have a school age program offering before and after school care with bussing along with summer and holiday programs. We will create an inclusive community and partner with each family to provide individualized care instead of a one-size fits all approach. We look forward to meeting you!

Meet our Owners

Josh and Terri Wittenberger

We are so excited to be owner/operators of Byron’s newest childcare center, nurture. We have 3 young children, Edie (5), Barrett (3) and Hadley (7 months) and we are lifelong Rochester residents. When we aren’t busy running around with our kiddos, Josh is busy working as a cardiac ICU nurse and Terri is busy working as an outpatient pharmacist. As working parents, we understand the need for great childcare. We wanted a place where children can feel at home in a loving environment, which inspired us to team up with the LeTourneaus to create nurture. We hope that our vision aligns with what you see for your little ones! And we hope to meet you soon and that you can trust us with your children!

Andy and Angie LeTourneau

We have two children, Drew (5) and Adeline (2). Angie has worked in the Early Childhood field since she graduated from Winona State University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. Andy works for Olmsted County. We are proud to call Byron our home and are looking forward to this new opportunity to serve our community.
